Vistage members always express immense gratitude when someone taps them on the shoulder and says, "Hey, I want to tell you about Vistage. I think it would help you." Or when someone takes the time to nominate them.
The power of caring is what has driven Vistage's growth to 45,000 current members. We have experienced significant growth even during the pandemic, and that is because as members, we truly care!
When you nominate someone, here is what happens:

Fitz and Vince Llanes, who is part of her team, will receive the nomination.

They will check to see if the candidate is already working with another Chair or if they have had no contact with Vistage at all. They will also do a bit of research on the candidate.

If the nominated candidate is not working with another Chair, Fitz and Vince will send them a FedEx letter with the exciting news of their nomination. Your name will not be included in the letter.

The letter will provide instructions and direct them to the website: www.CheckMyNomination.com.

Upon visiting the website, they will be prompted to enter their name and email. This will grant them access to the website, where they can learn more about their nomination and what it entails.

They will receive an invitation to attend a quaint breakfast with Fitz and possibly 1-2 other CEO candidates.

If Fitz believes the candidate would benefit from Vistage, she will extend an invitation for a selection interview.

At the conclusion of the interview, a mutual decision will be made regarding whether the candidate will be offered a seat on a Vistage board.
