Each month, Fitz creates fresh content for Leaders of Leaders, designed to meet the emotional, strategic, and leadership needs of the key individuals who support the CEOs she mentors.

In a one-hour Zoom discussion, Fitz presents a core

concept, facilitates an engaging conversation around

that idea, and reinforces the key takeaways. The result is that teams begin to truly understand one another, align around a shared focus, and develop common language they can use throughout the week.

 

From there, Fitz develops PowerPacks—ten different ways to express and experience a single meeting. Each PowerPack takes one central idea or concept and offers it in multiple learning formats, making it easier for leaders and teams to absorb, apply, and sustain what they’ve learned.
